The picture is of an excited Nanako hugging the huge plush Capypa, and yes, it really is nearly as tall as she is. Also, her arms barely fit around his neck, but she's certainly giggling in glee over it. It's clear the picture was taken by one of her shinki or someone else who might have wandered by the temple around that time. ]
